TOURNAMENT INFORMATION

 

You will not need to formally check in, we will have a table set up for any questions, hello's, and previous tournament payouts.

 

On your cart you will find an info sheet, scorecard, and pin sheet if available from course.

 

Tournament fields will be flighted based on World Handicap System GHIN. For 60+ move ups, tees will not be less than 6,100 yards, course handicap will be used, 

 

Flights will be paid per the payout chart on our website, under the home tab. Season long Wealth Avenue Cup points will be based on gross flight finish and resemble PGA Tour Fedex Cup points. Ties will be broken using the USGA suggested tie break system. This tie break uses: back 9 score, hole 13-18 total, hole 16-18 total, hole 18.

 

Inputting scores on the golf genius app is mandatory for your foursome after each hole. Finalizing your score on the app is your signed, attested score card. Hard scorecards will be provided to cross check with all members of your group before finalizing scores. The app will provide live scoring during the round for gross and net, as well as skins.  Results will be finalized very shortly after all groups have finished play. Payouts will be done day of tournament in person following play or winners choice of electronic transfer via venmo or paypal, or at the next event.

 

We will follow all USGA rules. Ball must be holed on every green, no gimmies! If you have a rule question check with your group, try to look it up (USGA has a great rule book app you may want to download and review). If you cannot find rule, play 2 balls and check with pro or board member for ruling. Info sheet will have all local rules including if we are using the local Desert rule that day.

 

Pace of play will be monitored through app and must stay within course expectations. 

 

When we reach our allotted tee times, players registering are placed on a wait list, your credit card will not be charged. If a spot becomes available, you will be added to the tee sheet, you will get a confirmation email, & your credit card will be charged.

 

Refund policy: If you cancel prior to Thursday the week of the event you will receive a full refund minus credit card fees. If you cancel after Wednesday the week of the event your refund will be based on several factors including: if the course charges us and/or if we can find a replacement for you.
